FM Transmitter
This item arrived in excellent condition. Plugs directly into the cigarette lighter socket and powers up immediately. Can't read the display from the drivers seat, but it's too far away anyway. If you need to view the whole process, you can always purchase a device extender that plugs into the outlet and gives you a couple of plugs to hook into.

I decided to go with an 8 gb flash drive which I loaded up with music. Plugged it into the transmitter, found a blank radio station and used the two buttons on the transmitter (located on the outer edge) to match the transmitter with the radio frequency. Once it is matched, I can go back and forth 3 spots with the switches to get the best sound.

The sound quality is as good as my system can put out. It does pick up static here and there, but anyone I've talked to that owns an FM transmitter mentioned that. It's the norm for this type of device.

You can go forward or back a song with another set of buttons. You can also use the remote, which works fine, to go to specific songs or jump ahead 100 or 200 songs. You hear a distinctive audible beap when you push the remote. Songs seem to be in the same order all the time and if you know the number of a specific song, you can punch that number on the remote and it will jump to it.

Using the flash drive, I've unplugged it, put it back in at a later time, and it started on the song that last played. You do need to unplug it when you are done driving, because the unit is always powered up.

I have to give it 5 stars because, it performs as described, it has a cheap price and works as good as the ones that sell for $40, and you can plug various devices into it.

I've only owned it for a month, so I can't report on the durability of the unit, but I am extremely pleased with it at this point.

Mine Didn't Work very well
Got the unit and was not impressed. Tried to use it and it would come up and read a USB stick and actually transmit and the sound was OK through the radio. Better sound than I expected. But after about 3 minutes, it would cease working and just flash like it was confused. I had to unplug it and plug it back in for it to initialize and work again. Then after another 3 minutes it would hang and just flash and never recover. So if you thing is getting a good 3 minutes out of a device, than it's great.....otherwise I'm going to try a different unit next time. Great idea if mine worked with a crap.

eehhh
I am having trouble with this device. I used it to listen to all my music from my USB drive. The problem is that the songs are not in alphabetical order whatsoever. With over 550 songs on my list and growing, it would be so much easier if they were in alphabetical order by artist. When I plug in my USB drive to my computer it is in order, but when I put it in the car it is not. Also, whenever I turn the car on, it seems to randomly choose a frequency. Even if I only turn the car off for a minute, for example to pump gas, it pops up on a different frequency than before. Also, when I turn the car on, it automatically starts from the first song on the list instead of the last song that I listened to. It's frustrating and inconvenient.

Wireless car MP3 player
Works great, we like using it when we travel, got a 4 gig SD card loaded with over 400 songs so the music never ends. The remote is a handy feature also. Can't beat the price.

Perfect little device when you live in an area that has terrible radio stations, or your buddys car cant play mp3 cd's.. works great. with the remote you can get it to skip folders. for the price you cant beat it.

Mini Cooper S Tuning Kit by AC Schnitzer

mini-cooper-s-ac-schnitzer.jpg

The tuner AC Schnitzer has unveiled a brand-new tuning-kit for Mini Cooper S. In general, the kit is not something extraordinary. The tuned decided that a body-kit and exclusive Mi2 rims are enough to make the car stand out in a crowd. The 170-hp engine development program is still in works. The only thing that has already been done is installing sport exhaust system and sport inhaler. The salt of the kit is the exclusive 18-inch Mi2 rims which come with Continental or Michelin tires (either 205/40 R18 or 215/35 R18). The complete tuning-kit for the new Mini Cooper S and the prices for it are expected to be unveiled in Frankfurt.
